Connect IQ

Connect IQ says the Run and Walk app is installed on my Vivoactive 5. When I check the apps and activities on my Garmin. Run and Walk is not there. Yes, I have restarted my Vivoactive 5. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Run and Walk two times. Still not showing in my apps or activity list on my Garmin Vivoactive 5. I have an iPhone

Which CIQ app exactly are you referring to? Is it this one?: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/280057f8-e5f2-4913-be15-5c7c43718b60

If so, then it is a "Data Field" type of app, which means you have to add the CIQ data field to one of the data screens of the Run activity profile. In doubts, use the link "Contact Developer" on that page, and ask for more detailed instructions how to use it.
