App and web connect isn't connecting profile info

Hello, 

My Garmin App connect email works well with app and all information is collecting on the app with my main email. 

When I go to the web connect page it doesn't recognise my email I've registered with, but says this email is in use, but doesn't recognise the password used for the app and so i sighed up with same email on web connect to see if it would allow me and it did.

So now I have two accounts on same email, bizarre!

This is the first time I've used the dashboard on web, I've only ever used the app. Same email no information from my app has gone to the web.
