Garmin watch still linked to deleted account - how do I completely sync it to my main account?

I inadvertently connected my garmin watch to 2 accounts when I mistakenly created a new account after I lost my phone. I was able to log in to my main account but some of the data are not showing - steps, sleep, etc.

When I realized that the problem might be because my watch is connected to 2 accounts, I deleted my other account, but without removing the device from the account first. Now my connect app for my main account still wouldn't show my complete health data.

I don't know what to do. I don't want to reset my watch and lose all my data. Kindly help me resolve problem, please. Thank you. C

  • Remove the watch from the current account in Garmin Connect app, and in Garmin Express, sign out from GC app and GC web, then sign back in into the new accounts, and add the watch back again in GC and in GE.
