Garmin Connect Mobile Android app won't fully sync with Venu Sq

When attempting to sync through the Android app with my Venu Sq, the circle animation stops about a quarter of the way through. If I try to force a sync from the device to the app, it says Sync Failed.

Some of my device's data does sync with the app, such as heart rate and steps and manually created standard work-outs, but none of my sleep data transfers. Likewise, any cusom work-outs created in the app will not send to my device and on occasion, calls or messages will not send notifications to my device.

I've unpaired/restarted the phone and device multiple times and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I've also tried pushing the custom work-outs to my device through Garmin Express on my computer. No luck!

This is the first time I've had the problem since owning the device for almost a year with no previous issues. What else should I try?
