Which watch? Only Descent models have a depth sensors. Do you have one?
If so, and the depth sensor does not work, check whether the sensor port is not obstructed by dirt, or by salt deposit. Letting it for a while in a container with lukewarm water may help. If not, reach out to the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com
