Import iFit workout data to Garmin Connect

I would like to know how to connect my iFit workout data with my Garmin Connect. More specifically, I workout on my NordicTrack bike which is connected to my iFit account. I want to import the data (ex. speed, avg RPM, distance, etc) to my Gamin Connect Android app.

  • I recommend connecting the speed, cadence, and power sensor of the indoor bike to your Garmin watch, and recording the rides with it.

  • Thanks, but not sure the Nordictrack bike has that. When trying to add a bluetooth device, it does not see my Phone w/Garmin Connect. I was able to do 1-download my workouts on my iFit account and then 2-import my iFit workout files on my Garmin Connect Account...now these appear under my activities in Garmin. Would be nice if it was sync automatically however.

You have to connect the bike sensors to the watch, not to Garmin Connect! And sensor usually communicate over ANT+, not over Bluetooth, though practically all Garmin watches can connect both ANT+ and BT sensors.
