New cellphone not syncing

I have new android cellphone which uses not syncing. Get stuck at 'enter pin number ' gave tried 0000 and 1234 and can't remember any other pin combo

Which Garmin device do you have? After you select "Pair Phone" on your watch, then add the device to Garmin Connect, the PIN should be displayed on the watch. This sounds like it might still be trying to connect to your old phone or you're trying to connect using the Bluetooth settings on the phone rather than using the app.
