Repeatedly, after meditation session, recorded through yoga activity with my Instinct 2 watch, I get abnormal high anaerobic training efect (sometimes even 5) considering is just sitting meditation with little adjustment of posture movement.
It's true that my pulse get some ups when I adjust my posture but I can't see how it could be possible to get that anaerobic training efect with just sitting meditation. Could it be a wrong calculation algorithm?
