Health statistics

I want to know why my zwift rides are not showing in health stats Garmin connect? Some are there but some not. I didn't wear my watch because my activity will show up twice in Garmin connect.

  • Most health stats are logged by your watch. Always wear your watch if you want accurate health stats logged. Just don't start an activity on it and you will not get any duplicate activities.

  • Personally I would rather use exclusively the watch for everything, to get the most accurate stats. I recommend pairing the trainer sensors with the watch, and recording the rides with the it, keeping Zwift disconnected from Garmin Connect.  All Garmin Connect needs, is the heart rate and power (eventually also data from the speed and cadence sensors). Data about the map or elevation profile is redundant and useless for the fitness stats, so you can keep it just on Zwift, if you ever need to review it.
