I really wish there was an option to display all goals (Steps, Floors, Intensity Minutes, etc.) for a rolling 7-day window ending on the current day instead of always having the counters reset at the "beginning" of each week.
Ideally, the option to have "streaks" be for days when you've met those 7-day targets would also be available.
To me these averages and totals are more relevant and also better show when rest is warranted (and excusable).
It's crazy that if on the last day of a Garmin week where I do several times the normal amount of exercise the next day my Intensity Minutes goal is totally reset back to zero.
Also, even if I do 20,000 steps or 100 floors, the very next day I have to at least do the minimum steps and floors or be a slacker who breaks streaks.
It's totally fine with me if users like the current fixed week tracking, but I bet I'm not the only one who'd prefer an alternative.
Finally, as has been pointed out before by others, the rolling 7-day data that is offered for some fields is only accurate a minute before midnight. It'd be better if it displayed a full 7 days (including partial data for the oldest and current days in the period, along with the timestamp cutoffs).
