connection Strava e garmin

Good morning,

I go on a bike route, it switches to the correct Garmin Connect. But on Strava it only appears 25% correct, but the altimetry is already good.I

'm using an etrex 35

Someone can help me

I've already reset the etrex 35, I'm going to install Garmin.

I wonder if it might be Strava that got the issue. File support cases both to Garmin and Strava.

Thank you for reaching out to Strava. We are aware of this issue with shortened activities from Garmin handheld GPS devices due to incorrectly formatted pause events and are working on solving it as quickly as possible with Garmin's team. We appreciate your patience.

In the meantime since this issue is caused by the way that autopause events in your activity files you can export the TCX versions of your activity files, since those pause events will not be included and that should allow the full GPS and time of your activity to display on your Strava activities uploaded from those TCX files.
