I have a problem with the voice assistant

I have a problem with the voice assistant, my OPPO Find X5 is connected stably and performs all the functions that use the connection, but when I try to use the voice assistant it searches, but does not find the smartphone assistant. Has anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions that are not included in the manual, which I now know by heart?

I phone regularly, so I don't think it's a connection problem, I'm afraid there may be a software bag and not a hardware malfunction

I know that there are numerous cases of this kind, is it possible that no one knows the reasons for this disservice? Or do you have any idea if an Android or Garmin update can fix it?
