garmin pay can't verify my mastercard

Hi,

I have a Venu 3 and would like to add my Mastercard (prepaid from Intesasanpaolo Italy bank) to Garmin Pay. However, when I try to verify it on Garmin Connect, the app mobile bank can't finish the verification.

I contacted bank support and they told me that at this moment, the service is suspended maybe for some issue on MasterCard side, because the VISA card should not have this problem.

Have you experienced this also with other card/bank from Italy or other countries??

Risolto parzialmente, prima l'app Intesa alla richiesta redirect di verifica si bloccava non consentendo l'associazione, adesso, almeno per il bancomat che sottolineo sia VISA, ha funzionato. Ho parlato con banca intesa e mi hanno riferito che per quanto riguarda mastercard l'associazione non va a buon fine a causa di mancati accordi commerciali tra garmin e mastercard. Questo è quanto mi è stato riferito dai piani ALTI.

Mastercard are telling me to talk to the Commonwealth Bank, so no joy there

Success! After 2.5 hours on the phone with my bank (including the fraud team) my card is now linked to Garmin pay. So it appears to be a bank issue. I hope that helps people get it sorted

Hi, how they do that?? Is It something that we can do user side??

In Italy i can't found a supporto Number for Mastercard... They forward to banck support!!!

They told me it had been flagged as fraudulent so they had to mark my device as safe. Not something you could do user side, unfortunately

Thanks, man, I can confirm that; I also can add my MasterCard to Garmin Pay on my Venu 3!
