instinct solar

I am in Japan now. I tried to connect Garmin connect app. But I can not find instinct solar in the app. and I couldn't connect my watch to garmin connect app. How can I do it?

Change the location in your Garmin account to the country where the watch comes from. Japan has their own line of models that often differ from the originals, so you won't find model purchased elsewhere, if your location is set to japan. And vice versa of course too - if you bought the watch in Japan, and have set you location to another land, you won't see the Japanese models. The location must match the region of origin of the watch.

You are welcome. BTW, once the watch is paired, you can change the location back to whatever you prefer.
