Can't see the name of the recipient who is calling me
Verify that the Garmin Connect app was granted the permission to access the address book (Contacts, more details about the required permissions can be found here). Also, some spam-blocking apps like for example the TrueCaller tend to remove the original caller ID from the notifications. Try disabling them if you use any, to see whether it helps.
