Garmin Connect, My Fitness Pal and the Garmin Index S2 smart scale not working together

Garmin Connect and My Fitness Pal show they sync together, so we just spent a lot of money for a garmin scale specifically to get all the metrics it measures.

Nothing in the description or anywhere else says it won't display all the info in garmin connect if garmin connect is synced to my fitness pal! That is a BIG problem for me! When will this be fixed?

What exactly does not sync? Data from Index 2 to Garmin Connect? Or data from Garmin Connect to MFP? Or from MFP to GC? And which data exactly does not sync? Nothing at all, or just some of it? Did you try the basic troubleshooting - syncing manually, disconnecting/reconnecting the MFP account, searching support.garmin.com, reaching out to the Support?

The weight and bmi sync between MFP and Connect. The only information that shows on Connect is the weight and bmi even though the scale has all the other info on it. I did the troubleshooting, but it didn't work. I found an entry on the forum from John Mackey from five months ago regarding this issue where he said the other info won't show up on connect as long as it's synced with MFP. He said his worked after he disconnected MFP from his Connect. I rely on both MFP and Connect for tracking my activities, weight, food, hydration, etc. I need both to meet my needs.
I'm disappointed to find the scale doesn't show any more info on Connect than the other scale I had when I bought the Garmin scale.
