transfer daily details

Hi, am apart of an exercise research project. The researchers require seven days worth of daily details. How do I transfer this Garmin Connect data from my workstation?

Depends what you mean by "daily details". By default you can share and export activities. You can also export diverse reports from the section Reports of Garmin Connect Web. For other data you could use either the "authorized viewer" feature, or the Garmin Clipboard app. However, the later two options require that the manager of the project uses also Garmin apps.
