Tacx activity not showing in "My Day" in the Garmin Connect app

Did you use the Tacx Training app for recording the activity, or something else?

The Tacx Training app. Never had this problem before, but this is my first time recording in Tacx since May 2023. Has something changed?

I do not think anything changed. If the activity does not appear on the app even after syncing it, then check whether it is available at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities.  If it is not there either, then double-check that you are signed in with the same credentials in the Tacx Training app and in Garmin Connect.

Yes it's there, and I can see it in the app under my Activities, and it has synced to Strava too.  Just not showing on the My Day screen. Not a deal breaker, just wondered if there was a box to tick somewhere that's unticked, or other similar quick fix.

I have my Tacx rides on the My Day screen instantly after saving them and syncing, as far as I remember, but I will reverify it later today. Which version of Garmin Connect do you use? Ain't you, by hazard, using the beta version of the app? If so, then I cannot help, since I do not have access to the beta app.

The rides always used to appear as soon as synced as you describe.
