I'm looking for the release beta 18.16 for my garmin forerunner 18.16. I've sent the clock to the Assistanca, they say just to download this beta, I upgraded the sportwatch, but I didn't solve the problem

You can see the beta releases in the beta forum: https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/

You join the device beta in Garmin Connect Web. After that you can install the beta software. Use Garmin Express to install it. It is the fastest method.

Do you know if version 18.16 exists as a beta? What is special with that version? If support told you to install that version it was probably a typo. Install the latest version. You can't select to install a specific version anyway so just join the beta and do the install.

Version 18.16 has only been mentioned two times by one and the same user and it seems like it was a typo and he meant 18.15: https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/forerunner-965/f/community-discussion/360446/18-16-gesture-during-activity-issues
