Garmin Venu Sq Music Edition Distance measuring problem

Hi,

I've been facing a same problem of my Venu Sq watch not measuring the distance i run properly. 

The watch doesn't measure the distance i run when i initiate a run. I have to pause and restart multiple times to make it work (if ever lucky).

 I have sent my watch twice already and received a recertified one (i am not sure what is that exactly) but have exactly the same issue. Not even sure they ever replaced my watch actually.  

Does someone else have the same problem ? It's been really annoying since i cannot use my watch for running basically. This morning, it had 500 meters less distance than my phone had for a 8.5k run.

    Did you get the GPS lock before starting? Does the activity have a map with the track? Could you share a link to the activity?

    Thanks for your answer. Yes, the activity has a map with the track as usual. GPS setting is for GPS+Glonass.

    GPS lock takes too long (sometimes doesn't happen) vs. previously and i start running from the same place, so no geography/altitude change that would cause the GPS lock issue.
