Strength Training - Reps and Sets

Hi all,

I'm new to Garmin, having jumped from Samsung to a Vivoactive S4.

I know it's been asked before, but there has been no good response, and Garmin has not updated something that should be simple.

I want to be able to put my gym work out in as a pre-loaded workout. I do 7 strength exercises, 3 sets of 12 reps each.

It seems the only way to create this is to create each exercise 3 times with the same information in each, so 21 exercises.

That's not my entire gym work out, but I have to create separate exercises for the warmup, cardio and core sections of my workout.

I have to do that, because the "Custom" workout doesn't include ANY strength options, and strength work out doesn't allow anything other than strength exercises.

I know you can do the reps and sets as you go, but that means constantly stuffing around with the watch to get the right information in. For me that means putting on and taking off my glasses every few minutes, and it means looking at my phone where my workout plan is stored in the gym's My Wellness App - which doesn't seem to play with Garmin very well, despite having the option to link it. It would be marvelous if Garmin allowed me to import the workout from My Wellness App, that would remove all the drama completely.
