When I work out, the heart rate is wildly inaccurate...for example, doing a HIIT workout, it bumps up to 93 bpm while any other heart rate tracker (Fitbit/Treadmill) shows about 140-150 and matches each other. I know my heart rate is high simply by doing a pulse check. I am wearing the Garmin venu 3 on my wrist, but lately, I have to take it off and put it on my ankle where the skin is thinner in order to get an accurate reading. Any suggestions?
