How to import .json workout file

Can someone explain how to import an .json workout file in garmin express? So i can sent this to my garmin edge1040.

    To send a workout to a compatible Garmin device, you do not need any JSON file. Simply use the button "Send to Device" in Garmin Connect Web, and it will prompt you to connect the device to the computer and launch Garmin Express.

    Hi Trux, thank you for your quick respons. I have downloaded a .json file of a workout file  from someone else. I am trying to import this file so i can sent this to my garmin. So i can use this on my tacx with my garmin edge 1040. It is a training made by jumbo visma.

    If you want to use a workout of somebody else, either ask him to send you the FIT file from the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/ on his device, or join the same team on the Clipboard app, and share workouts there. If you get the FIT file, simply upload it to the same folder on your Edge. JSON file is useless.
