Audio prompts when running

Hi

When i run using bluetooth headphones and my garmin fennix saphire 7, i always had average km pace every minute and km pace for every km run. All.of a sudden todY, it stopped and i cant get it back.

I have been into watch icon on GC and set audio prompts but still wont return.

I just get a buzz at 1 minute and that is it.

Any ideas why thia stopped and how to get it back?

TIA

    There are several possibilities:

    • Audio Prompts are disabled in Garmin Connect (Device Settings » Phone » Audio Prompts)
    • The loudness is set too low, hence not audible (test the loudness on the Audio Prompts screen)
    • There is no (stable) connection between the phone and the watch
    • You did not have your phone with you
  • Strange one this...

Went through all you have mentioned for a second time.

Went for walk and its not working. Same issue

  • And what about the other options? Did you test the volume? Did you check the connection during the activity?

  • Yes.

    Volume is high

Connection is fine as pulling through all other data.

Will delete and reinstall app and see how this weeks activity goes.

    Thanks for help

  • Volume is high

So you can hear the test lap announcement, when tapping on the Volume button on that page? The volume of the Audio Prompts is independent on the general volume of your phone, you really have to test it there, to be sure it is not tuned down.
