My son birthday run did not synchronize to lmy Garmin App today the 25th January 2024

Morning team

Please note that my Garmin forruner 35 did not synchronize my run to my Gamin App today the 25th January 2024,

Please kindly assist in repairing it for me, I tried all the trouble shooting steps but it didn't work

See attached the Zip folder as previously advised that I must Zip the folder for the team to repair it

I will appreciate it if you can do it today for me please

Thank you much, I struggled at first at it was as Zip folder, so I opened it and find the fixed document saved at fit.. I did a manual import and it worked perfectly well..
