I like my garmin watch very much. I use it for everything, except cycling. I use a wahoo head unit and the wahoo systm app for indoor cycling workouts. The indoor cycling workouts are automatically uploaded to GC. I manually upload a FIT file of my outdoor rides to GC.
I am confused of which data GC uses for my health stats?
It seems GC calories take my wahoo workouts into account? But what about training readiness, body battery and so on?
