Re-pair Bluetooth

 Constantly having to re-oair my fenix 6 solar to the app. Other watches are OK, and the app is also on a different device and same happens there. 

  • If you use the app on several devices simultaneously, it may be part of the problem. The watch can be connected with one device at a time only. 

  • Nope, only connected to one device at time. 

  • Then remove the device from Garmin Connect (if already there), and remove it also from Android's list of BT devices (very important !!!), and then try pairing again through Garmin Connect (not in Android's BT menu!).

    Which phone brand do you own, BTW? Some Samsung and Pixel models are well known for such issues. Some tips for these phones (but not only for them) are available in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide, others may be found on this forum (use the search function at the top of this website, and look up the name of your phone model). If nothing of it helps, contact the Support at https://support.garmin.com 

  • When I've encountered that issue in the past, it was because of a Bluetooth conflict. I would solve it by temporarily turning off Bluetooth on the phone I didn't want the watch to connect to. Once I was done, I would turn it on again.
