Where is no "units" in my phone app

It should be found in the device settings > General > Measurement Units

There is no "measurement units" in my app, I just could change to metres, but no more options.

Is that the menu for the Lily? That looks like the User settings found in the app settings that you find if you click the 3 dots menu and then select Settings > User Settings.

The Lily settings is found by clicking the device at the top of My Day. Then select General to get to the settings I linked.
