Where does the temperature come from in the stats display?
Which one exactly? There is a temperature on the map, which comes from from a nearby weather station at the moment of the start of the activity, and there is a temperature of the internal sensor in the stats - that shows a temperature somewhere between your body temperature and the ambient temperature.
