Update has changed how my watch calculates heart rate, sleep and stress.

I use my watch for exercise predominantly. I keep eye on my heart rate while exercising. Went for a work out and my heart rate is sky high. Stress has increased from just a few days ago. And the sleep has increased in the likes of REM. It's no longer recording respiration. Puts me off tbh and my health hasn't changed that quick. Has the update made things more accurate?
