Trouble with the garmin watch & new phone.

I rencently got a garmin venu sq2 for Christmas & linked it to my phone. Then I got a new phone & my times, pace & kilometres I do are not the same. They don't sync with my strave app either as it is off by over 3km.

Sounds like you may have created a new account, instead of reusing the original one. Try the instructions in the following article, record some data and an activity, and then se whether it helped:

Also make sure that the old phone is not on, when you use the new one - the watch can be connected only to one phone (or tablet) at a time.
