Tactix 7 troble sync with Samsung S23 Ultra

I have Garmin Tactix 7 and trying to solve the issue for third month.  When finally are paired, always the watches are disconnecting and trying to connect back in one minute 5-8 times. From Samsung Support I received answer, to buy Samsung watch, not Garmin. Can someone help with this please, because this Samsung advice is for nothing. They can close the support channel. Thank you

  • There are some tips in the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide - specifically the hints #24 and #25. I am not sure whether it helps you, but it is worth of trying. However, I would not exclude that Samsung continuously intentionally or accidentally introduces new features that harm the communication with some 3rd party devices, because each time the cases with Samsung calm down, they reappear a few months later again.
