I didn't file a bug report because "too low" or "to low" can both seem right or wrong depending on context, but perhaps this description text could be reworded?
Are you sure it's a spelling error? Because according to the screenshot, your HRV status has literally dropped "to low" (i.e., the red "low" part of the diagram).
