Been trying to remove the Pulse Ox from my Health Stats with no success. With it on it is sucking the life out of the battery. Before the battery was 6-7 days now maybe 3 days before charging. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to disable the PulseOx option in the settings of your watch. Whether there is a report in the app or not, makes no difference to the battery life. The Pulse Ox report will be in the Health Stats regardless whether the sensor is enabled or not. Since you did not tell which watch you own, it is hard to tell you how to disable it. You best consult the user manual for your model. Often it is in the watch menu » Sensors & Accessories » Pulse Oximeter » Manual Check
Thank you for the reply. My watch is a Vivoactive 4. The menu you noted is not on mine. It does have Sensors (no Accessories) under the gear symbol the list is club sensors and compass no Pulse Oximeter. As for battery life, it was keeping 6-7 days but when I figured out how to turn the Pulse Qx on the battery life dropped to 3 days. If the Pulse Ox doesn't drain the battery would like to know what happen.

PulseOx does drain the battery significantly. It is the Pulse Ox report in the Health Stats on the app, that has no impact on the battery of the watch. And your question in the OP was about the report in the Health Stats of the app.
when I figured out how to turn the Pulse Qx
Disable the Pulse Ox option in the same way. I am not familiar with your model, but if you figured out how to enable it, you already know where the option is. If you forgot, check out the manual for your watch (vívoactive 4/4S - Changing the Pulse Oximeter Tracking Mode)
