My steps aren't showing in my app and don't save

My steps show on my watch, but they don't show on the app. I can't work out how to link them to the app so that the data is saved. I also have My Fitness Pal and my watch linked, but it looks on MFP like I just don't do any steps?! Please help if you can. Venu sq

First, check that the "steps" card is showing in your MY DAY view - Editing the My Day View in the Garmin Connect App

Expand the section "How Do I Customize the My Day View?"

Thank you I tried that earlier on and put steps at the top but it's still not showing up

Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then record a few minutes of steps and a test activity, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

Steps are back on my app now. After following step 4 of your guidelines - thank you!! They're still not showing in my fitness pal but not bothered about that now, at least they're on the Garmin
