Any ideas how to get back to a 5km goal on my Coach Jeff training plan?
I did a 10km run (4 badge activity!) Mid-5km training plan. I can't run 10km, it was absolutely a challenge and I don't want to skip running a smooth 5km and try to slog a 10km.
But now my 5km training session are exceeding 5km and my weekly big run is 9.6km + warm up, cool down.
I really want to achieve this goal by completing each challenge.
Any thoughts how to revert the upgrade without restarting to whole training plan?
