GarminApp problem: I do not have any history of my heart freq and sleep data anymore since a few month. (device fenix 5x plus).

i do not see HF history and sleep information. it worked fine till summer 2023 and suddenly it stopped working.

i see the live data of HF, i see my actions (like running) with all data (HF,....)

watch already turned off/on, App forced stop and restarted, the circle arround the watch icon changes from white and closes and shows a green marker after sync.

the watch shows the 4h history for HF.

The sync result protocoll looks ok (shows data and SUCCESSFUL)

any ideas what can be wrong?

Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support and then record the HR for a while, record a test activity, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

i really tried a lot before, adding the device a 2nd time (which in reality just updated the already existing device - but i didnt removed the BT connection)

i tried most of https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-web/259161/troubleshooting-guide-for-some-data-missing-after-syncing inclding top 6 removing the data from the monitor directory.

i changed a lot of the configurations on my watch, i rebootet the watch, the handy..... no way.

But after your tipp... its back!!! Thank you very much for the link!
