Venu 3 switches itself off every day

I got a venu 3 for Christmas and every single day it turns itself off and doesn't turn back on for about 10 minutes. Is this a common fault? Or is there something wrong with mine? Anyone had the same issue?

Make sure it is updated to the latest version. Connect to Garmin Express on a computer and check for updates.
