my phone shows info from my venu but does not record any activities even though it says it sync. any help is welcomed!

I bouthg a new venu a month ago and it seemed to sync with my phone. I get all the notification, texts, calls etc from my phone. But it does not record or sync any of the activities I have done over this month. When I sync them, the phone shows me the info from the phone (heart beat, intensity minutes, etc.) but then, in the activities, they are all gone. I have no clue how to fix this. thanks.

Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, and then record a test activity, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.
