Vivomove Sport not tracking properly.

My device will track my activities for about half the distance.The map starts about 500m from home and ends 1km from home. My 3km walk ends up being about .75km. Please help.

Vivomove Sport use the GPS in the phone. Follow this instruction to log an activity with connected GPS: Recording an Activity with Connected GPS

To log activities most accurately I suggest that you always start the activities manually as described in the link above. Also turn off Move IQ and auto activity start to stop relying on that function to start activities for you.
