Jam saya error

Hello, jam tangan saya mengalami ketidak akuratan karena jam saya menunjukkan heart rate sampai 138 namun saya tidak aktif gerak dam hitungan kalorinya sampai 3200+ dalam satu hari tingkat stres saya juga tinggi padahal saya hanya diam dirumah dan bersantai, tolong bantuannya

  • Measure you heart rate manually and see what it really is. A quick way is to count the pulse for 15 seconds and multiply by 4. That will give a good enough value.
    See if you get a different value if you move the watch to a different location on your arm and push it slightly towards the skin. Note that the watch should be placed a little bit higher up on the arm than "normal" watches. About 2 fingers from the hand.

    Stress is measured by HRV (heart rate variability) so you can be at home doing nothing but still have a high stress value. You can't really feel the type of stress that the watch measures.

    A higher heart rate will make you burn more calories so the calories might be correct from the data measured.
