Activity will not load to garmin connect

E1151950.FIT activity seems to be corrupt amd will not load to garmin connect from my Garmin Forerunner 35. Please help! All other metrics have loaded but not my long activity. I did pause the ride a few times today but I always do that without a problem.

7126603, if you've already tried a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web, as described here - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Attach the activity .fit file it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
Or if you'd rather your activity remained private, you can send me a private message.

It will not let me send this file. It says only know URLs in a big red block.

Pleased can I have an email address I can try to message it ti you privately.

First, click the "upload" as in the image below, then browse for the zipped file.
