How do I continue my training plan?
Little background to make it easier, I was training for the half marathon due in Feb, I done 6-7 weeks of training I then got ill with this flu going around for about 4 weeks and wasn't able to run I then did the last run (late) on the training calendar and it hasn't updated the next runs that are due. So I ran the last run again to see if it will give me my next runs. Still nothing.
I there anything I can do to continue the training program or do I have to just start again with the 8ish weeks left?
