Sleep score not showing in my card, not tracking? - Lily Sport

I just set up a new Lily Sport a few days ago and the sleep score isn't showing up/appears to not be tracking and I cannot find a solution. I've tried the troubleshooting through Garmin (setting sleep times, syncing, marking it as primary device etc) but to no avail. Sleep doesn't show unless I manually input the sleep times, and I can't confirm if I have Optical Heart Rate Sensor (OHR) and if I do how to enable it. 

Does anyone have any advice? Also, if you have a Lily Sport and know if there's a battery saver/power option I may have missed that is the only step I can't confirm I've taken on the troubleshooting page (although it appears it might not be relevant for the Lily).

I'm using Garmin connect, android app on a Pixel 6. The Lily Sport is brand new and I followed the set up wizard. Thank you! 

  • Lily Sport does not support the feature of Sleep Score. Standard sleep stats should be available though. Check out whether you've set correctly the Bed & Wake Up times in the settings. Also have a look at the all-day heart rate graph in Garmin Connect - if there is no HR during the sleep, then you'll need to see why, but since Lily does not have any Battery Saver, it can be practically only because it is disabled (you already excluded it), because of bad fit during the sleep, or perhaps due to a peripheral vasoconstriction (both of it rather improbable to lead to a total loss of HR data), or because of a hardware failure (in that case you'd need to contact the Support).

  • Thank you for the quick answer! I wish this was more clear (no sleep score but some stats) in the manual and set up process. I'm not sure why the stats aren't showing, but as sleep score is key for me I'll be swapping it out for another model that supports it. Thanks again!!
