My vivomove trend isnt receiving calls (cant answer on the watch)

Calls show up only on phone,smart notifications are on,everything is on. But the calls on watch dont show up,only missed call.

this problem also occurred on my watch, and the only way could fix it was to reset it. to reset it, go onto the watch then click Settings>system>reset>ok.

* please note you will have to set up the watch again, but your activities will still be saved to your phone.
