Garmin Pay suddenly stopped working

On my FR955 i always had Garmin Pay but since yesterday it suddely stopped working. When opening the Pay app via shortcut on my watch it just says error.

Software versioin 17.24.

Same here. Instict Solar 2x. I had a registered card, and one day I can not pay with it. My watch ask me to re-register the card. I did. Result the same. Card "Not Enabled" pending verification.
I tried register a new card, my bank enabled it, but in the Garmin Connect, the same: Card "Not Enabled" pending verification.

Any solution?
