And did you confirm the request in Garmin Connect? It is not Garmin's customer support who has to confirm the request, it is you. It should be here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation

Did you try clicking the link in my previous post? Scroll then to the bottom of that page. I am afraid I really cannot be more specific than that.
And no, I am not working for Garmin. Garmin employees are identified by their avatar and by their name, here on the forum. All others are ordinary users just like you.
But I got it working through a different route
You could perhaps reveal how, for others who may experience the same problem in the future.
1. Never, ever, disconnect from the Garmin side, always work through the Lose it! Site. 2. Keep an instance of Garmin open whie using the Lose it site, the Auentication is a pop up permission. If Lose it directs you to Garmin for assistance, don't bother, the support staff there cannot or will not help. 3. If the popup does not appear, repeat step 2. 4. Once connected don't try to force a sync. You will just get a warning. Wait a few hours. 5. Accept that you lost some historical data, none of the support staff will bother to help you retrieve it. 6. Consider using another tracker if you haven't bought one yet.
