Hi everyone,
I want to start my training for a marathon (April 2024), and I have a Garmin Descent G1 (I bought this one to be able to do my running training and I needed a diving computer as well: perfect choice for me).
I understand that there is different ways of planning a training with Garmin:
-Garmin Coach: it looks great but I can only so half-marathon with this functionality.
-Add an event in Garmin Connect: I added the event and my goal in term of duration. The issue is that it didn't generate any training plan in the calendar, and I don't know how to do it.
I really want an adaptative training plan using my current VO2 and metrics generated by the watch. I don't know what is the best way to generate that kind of plan.
Maybe someone could help me doing that?
