Vivosmart hr+ app not updating progress

I recently got my old Vivosmart HR+ back on my wrist after 2 or 3 years of not using it. I can see daily steps but nothing is updated into my app calendar. So the next day all daily steps disappear and a new day starts. The same with all the other metrics, my calendar is empty.

Its the latest software version because I had to install it again on my latest phone. My phone is compatible I already checked that.

The device does not matter, you do not need to enter your S/N or model there. Just follow the instructions written there. They are the same for any Garmin device model.

You probably created a new account, and the watch is still associated with the old one. Follow the instructions in this article: Data is Missing from My Garmin Connect Account After Syncing | Garmin Customer Support
