MyNetDiary Link within Garmin Connect/Android?

I no longer see MyNetDiary as a choice for Connected Apps within the Garmin app. Only ones I see are Strava, MS Office 365, and MyFitnessPal. I'm certain that MND used to be available. Help?

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have a MyNetDiary Premium account. It's working now. I was able to do it from within MyNetDiary's web interface. There does seem to be some conflicting information out there about how to connect MND and Garmin Connect. The accurate directions are here. www.mynetdiary.com/calorie-counter-garmin-integration.html
